How can I prevent these Irritating Pop-up box with "Incorrect Spectrum Wi-Fi Password" they pop-up at the most inconvenient times I do have spectrum internet at home but I have changed the name of my network so my phone shouldn’t think that it is my home Wi-Fi and it ask for my charter password but when I enter that it still says incorrect password

Try reseting your Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
FWIW, I have found with iOS 16+/iPadOS 16+, that occasionally, both my iPhone & iPad will "lose" their respective Wi-Fi connection and I have to re-enter the connection's wireless security password to reconnect. Unfortunately, I haven't found the culprit to know why. I typically would find this, when first powering-on these devices and not during normal use.
