Best way to organize photos as family history

I want to organize our photos much like one would do if creating a scrapbook of family history. I started this many years ago and created an iMovie. I hope to be able to share with with our family after completed. I'd like to be able to add recorded voices, as well as information relevant to the photo. Would keystone be better? Other options? Are you aware of an app that would do better than these options? We have macOS Ventura as our current version.

Photos Staying in Imports Photos on Mac (Monterey) show only two people in the People tab in Photos, even though I have imported other photos of people. I can find them in recent imports but I can't move them into People. It says that the Mac scans photos and when you have enough photos of someone it will put them in People but what about one-off photos? Should I create my own album and put them in there? I am a techno dummy but if someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong I will appreciate it.

How to change the order of Shared Albums in Photos Hello! I'm trying to rearrange the order of shared albums in Photos, on a MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.3.1. My shared albums are in a seemingly random order - or possibly in the order I created them or they were shared with me (hard to say). I would like to put them in alphabetical order at least. Apparently a user can change the order of Albums, but not Shared Albums. The following guidance talks about Albums and tells how to rearrange them: Create and work with albums in Photos on Mac – Apple Support (UK) But the following article, about Shared Albums, doesn't mention how to rearrange them: Create or join shared albums in Photos on Mac – Apple Support (UK) I have tried 35 ways and so far I can't do it.
