Yes. But you must first export the passwords from your older Mac to a readable file and then import then to your new Mac.
Im not sure how the Mojave keychain window is set up (I forgot lol) but to see how it works on your current computer...
Open System Preferences
Click on Passwords
Click on the "..." information icon next to the "Search Bar".
It will give you the option to import or export passwords. I would follow the prompts to understand what you would have to do in order to move them from your old computer to the new one.
NOTE** I wouldn't actually complete that "test" task...the object of going through the prompts is simply to understand how the actual process works.

ONE:
Open System Preferences, Select Passwords
TWO:
Open Safari
On the toolbar, Select "Safari"
Select Settings
Click on the "Passwords" Tab
