My Mac Air has no sound, don't know what to do and desperate. Someone help?
Okay... How do I even begin. Everything on my Mac Air works perfectly fine EXCEPT the sound. For some reason when I opened my Mac today, the sound would neither go up nor down and it has a circle with a line across it. I have tried to make a new account, I have tried to reset the NVRAM, don't know if I did that right or not but, now that I try to reset it, it just restarts normally. I have tried to restart and shut down my Mac several times. I am hopeless and have no clue on what to do, please someone help, this gives me borderline anxiety. I'll answer any questions you have, please help
