I am a citizen who was affected by the earthquake disaster in Turkey. My device (iPhone 12) is still under warranty until September 2023. my device disappeared inside my destroyed house. I no longer have a phone. i just bought it. I can't afford to buy a new one. Any chance of Apple getting me a new iPhone?

Did you by chance buy the Applecare+ with loss/theft? If you did,l it should be covered. If not, I don't believe so but will bring your post to Apple's attention.

There is no applecare+ service in Turkey. I really took all the precautions I could. but it didn't. thank you for your effort. I don't have money to buy a new iPhone. I have always been an apple user.
I can't reach customer service or any apple representative. It always directs me to the device repair section. All I want is for any apple official to see my message. It's okay if my effort is fruitless.
