Is anyone else having issues with your Apple Watch when trying to make calls? I have a T-Mobile plan set up for it and have tried resyncing my watch and making sure it’s up to date. Every time I try to call the volume button shows that the watch is muted and I have no idea why and then it drops the call with the “boop boop” sound of call failed. Please if anyone has fixed this let me know how!
You need to work this with your cellular provider T-Mobile. They clearly haven't provisioned your watch correctly. The fact it's making calls using Wifi leads to your carrier as the issue. And don't let them play the blame game. Elevate this to higher level technical support if they don't get this sorted for you.

We understand you're unable to make or receive calls on your Apple Watch.
Do you know if this is happening while you're connected via Wi-Fi or cellular? You can open the Control Center on your Apple Watch to check your connection. Just let us know what color icons you see for cellular and Wi-Fi here.
Do you have Calls on Other Devices enabled on the companion iPhone in Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices?
You can also check your companion iPhone to ensure that your number or Apple ID hasn't been blocked in Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification.

It doesn’t make calls when connected to Cellular only. Wi-Fi it makes call. It will make FaceTime audio calls though weirdly enough just not “phone” calls. Also The icon when connected to cellular only is green for cell service. This is my second Apple Watch so I’m no stranger to making calls on my watch as I use it for a work phone.
I checked the other options and when I open up “allow calls on other devices” it has nothing listed to allow calls on.
Also when I open call blocking and identification it just shows “business I’d”
