Apple Watch volume too low

My old Apple Watch received calls just fine. Volume to hear calls was great. On my new Watch, the volume is great when getting information from Siri, but incoming calls are just barely a whisper. I’ve followed all Apple published suggestions but still can’t increase the volume. I got this watch so I can receive calls without carrying my phone. Any suggestions?

Apple Watch Ultra not making calls Is anyone else having issues with your Apple Watch when trying to make calls? I have a T-Mobile plan set up for it and have tried resyncing my watch and making sure it’s up to date. Every time I try to call the volume button shows that the watch is muted and I have no idea why and then it drops the call with the “boop boop” sound of call failed. Please if anyone has fixed this let me know how!

My Apple Watch is connected to my hearing aids but will not play phone calls through them. All other sound sources on the watch play through the hearing aids. While you are in an active phone call, have you turned the digital crown forward to adjust the volume of the call?
