Switch all data to other phone

Backup one device and then restore that backup into the other phone. See the steps here:

Transferring to a New iPhone:

Start with this Link: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. Once transferred with Quick Start, perform a few more transfers using other methods (i.e. cloud storage or eMails).
