Removing Album Artwork:

I. About Artwork Deletion:

You can only do so manually, and that is only an option in iTunes.

A. Deleting Artwork in Music:

There is no delete option in Music to delete the artwork.

B. Deleting Artwork in iTunes:

iTunes had the option to delete it in pre-Catalina. It was extreme time consuming. You had to go one song or one complete album at a time.

  1. Right-click: on the item
  2. Select: Get Info
  3. Click: the Artwork tab
  4. Click: Delete

II. So, Recommend this to Apple:

You can recommend to Apple that they make this a feature of iTunes or Music and TV apps.  Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers want, and what changes they can make.

So, Recommend this to Apple:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iTunes - Apple
  2. Select: "Feature Request" fro the "Feedback Type"
  3. Proceed from there as necessary
