I have worn my watch for a couple weeks now and the wrist temperature still isn’t measuring.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We understand Wrist Temperature is not being measured. Make sure that you have a few things in place.
*An Apple Watch Series 8 or Apple Watch Ultra.
*Sleep must be set up with Track Sleep with Apple Watch enabled.
*Sleep Focus must be enabled for at least 4 hours a night for about 5 nights.
Make sure that your Apple Watch and iPhone are both running the latest software to ensure that you have the most recent performance fixes. Turn off Wrist Temperature, restart your Apple Watch, and turn it back on.
