Problem with import/export option in Outlook

Hello, I have problem with importing pst file on Mac, import and export option are grey and I can’t use them.

I tried few things, like command+r and running outlook in safe mood, but I have m1 and find that I should reinstal system, but I can’t reinstall MacOs right now because of some data and work, outlook isn’t in demo mood.

Pst file is very small, not even 1gb.

Problem is that just import/export options are grey and can’t be used.

Does anyone had same problem, or know how to fix it??

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Hello Chris_D13,

I solved the problem, with Revert to Legacy Outlook option.

For anyone who has same problem, Revert to Legacy Outlook option can be found in help on top of your screen when you are in Outlook.

Just click on it, submit reason and your problem is solved.
