When I got to change screen time passcode there is no “forgot passcode” button at the bottom
I don’t have a forgot passcode option to recover it

What to do: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
Eg:
Try following the steps in the article:
(Eg: Seems you need to "Tap Change Screen Time Passcode" before you will see the "Forgot" option.
Else you may need to update your iPhone's iOS ?
or give Restart your iPhone - Apple Support a try
