If those songs were purchased with iTunes and not Apple Music, but are available in the Apple Music server, yes. (There are some songs that are not available on Apple Music but are still available on iTunes (has to do with STREAMING rights vs outright purchases).

I believe that the Android App Store has Apple Music on it. Download the app from that Android store and sign in with your AppleID (if you're the one who is using the Android). If you're not the one using the Android, have that person sign in with their AppleID.

If you're not the one with the Android, you can share your playlists, albums and individual songs with another AppleID. You can text the link to them, email it, or any one of several other options (available to view after initiating the "share" process.
