How do you clear cookies in Safari?

I am converting from Chrome to Safari for website development. Problem is, in Chrome it is very easy to go to settings, Clear Cache.. and it's done. you can check the boxes what to clear, but it remembers, so there are only a few clicks to clear it.

In Safari it seems liek you have to to go Safari > Settings > Privacy, Manage Data ... wait... then when it loads, clear all.

Is there a shortcut to this to clear them, rather than all that each time?
