iCloud App from Microsoft Store only adds Contacts and Calendar to Outlook 2019, but not Apple emails

I've got exactly the same thing with Outlook 2019 and latest iCloud App from the Microsoft store.

Calendars and Contacts appear in Outlook 2019 but not iCloud email inbox/sent items

Only Trash and Search appear within Outlook, just as your photo.

Did you find a solution to this?

Hi EditBear,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! To set up iCloud Mail, you'll want to follow the steps below that can help:

Set up iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendar in Outlook on your Windows computer

You can view your iCloud mail, contacts, and calendar in Microsoft Outlook.
Before getting started, make sure you’ve set up an @icloud.com email address. See Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail in the iCloud User Guide.

1. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.
2. To set up Contacts and Calendar, select “Contacts and Calendars,” click Apply, then follow the onscreen instructions to set up Outlook.
3. Note: If you see “Mail, Contacts, and Calendars,” selecting that option also sets up your iCloud Mail account.
4. To set up Mail, sign in to Outlook using your Apple ID email address and an app-specific password. See the Apple Support article Using app-specific passwords.
For troubleshooting steps, see the Apple Support article If you can’t add iCloud Calendars, Mail, or Contacts to Outlook.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
