I am not able to remove old card details from account and it’s not letting me add my child to account as I do not have that credit card with me to verify.
Can you add your new payment method first? Then select Edit to make it your default. Lastly select Edit to remove the old payment method? Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
