I have an iPhone 11 and sometimes when I try to open an app or something in a folder, the phone will open a different app or try and remove apps, folders. It has the little minus sign next to everything and on many occasions it will not stop, if this makes sense

If it has the little minus sign you are tapping the apps too hard or too long, that removes the apps from your screen. Gently tap a blank section of your screen to make it stop. If this persists you may have a hardware issue and should have it tested at an Apple Store.

Thank you for your reply, however I am very mindful of the touch. Even with this in mind, I can touch an app and the phone will randomly open another app or do something totally unrelated to what I am trying to do. And tapping somewhere blank on the screen does not always work.
