Trying to install the Shortcuts app, not a shortcut from the internet, a weird issue occurs where the store loads for an instant and goes right back to the download icon.
This issue first started after updating iOS, the Shortcuts app itself would crash on launch
I have tried waiting but the issue is still present.
It's an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 16.6

Add a payment method
You might need to have a valid payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free.
Resolve a problem with your payment method
Prioritize the download
From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.
Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or iPad, then check to see if you can download or update apps.

Unfortunately this does not help as the app is not installed on the device, it just refuses to.
