airpods pro 1st gen

All of a sudden my airpods wouldn’t connect to my phone (iphone 13). I took them out of my silicone case to look at the light and no matter what i did, it wouldn’t turn on unless it was on the charger, and even then the only light it would show was green. I decided to forget the device from my phone so i could reset them, but now when i press the button to reconnect them, nothing happens - no light, nothing. Do i need to get a completely new case or is there something i can do?

Hi! You should try resetting them again while on the charger (plug them in, open the case with both AirPods in it, press and hold the button until the white light appears, then re-pair). If not, you should probably contact Apple Support to see if they can fix it.
