Social Security Requirement for Apple Pay:



Yes. You need to confirm your identity for this. And a SSN is an option for this.

  1. Go Here: Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: The first time that you verify your identity, you might be asked for this information:
  3. As it Reads: Your Social Security number
