I need assistance unlocking a company Macbook. I have the purchase receipt but need assistance to unlock as username and password have been lost.

MacbookAir account is locked I forgot my laptop password, I entered it more than 20 times. After the third attempt, I was prompted to change my password using a recovery key. Unfortunately, I don't have one, so I started trying different password options. I didn't succeed. After reading information from the Internet, I entered the password recovery program. There I confirmed my Apple ID identity. I was never able to change the password because it only offered me the recovery key option. Fortunately, I found the account password, but now I still can't log in because I get a message that my account is locked. The recovery app told me the account was temporarily locked and I should try again later. And I have a question about how long it will be locked and is there a way to unlock it without waiting for that time that I don't know?
