I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro. Do I charge it first before first use or I have use it till it runs out then charge

Plug it in to charge and use it normally.
Nothing is gained by fully depleting the battery.

Just charge same way you would a “not-new” phone. When battery is low.
I would set it up while it is charging. I would also leave it connected to the charge circuit during any update.

It will automatically switch on. So I plug them switch it off

There is no requirement to switch it off.
So from the box, I plug it in right. Do I set it up on the charger or wait till it’s fully charged
