Solitaire didn't transfer stats to new device

I know this seems crazy but I've been playing Solitaire on my iPhone SE just to relax for 3+ years now. I just purchased a new iPhone 14 and transferred to the new phone today.


I backed up my old device first, ensuring all apps (including Solitaire) were selected for the back up. Once that process was complete, I did the Quick Start method to transfer data from one device to another, and chose to restore from iCloud to the new device to transfer data from my old phone.


However, now I see that my Solitaire has 0 KB in the app on my new iPhone 14 and when I open the app on the new phone, all of my game progress is completely gone, the back up didn't restore my progress (533 KB worth, still showing on my old device in "Settings")...


How do I remedy this? I'd really like to keep my game stats and I'm not sure why they didn't transfer with the "back up everything first to iCloud before doing the iCloud transfer of that data to the new phone" method of swapping from the old phone to the new...
