Hello! Could you please help me with my problem:

From December 21, 2022, I signed up for a family subscription and canceled an individual subscription.

On 01/21/2023, I was charged $8 for a family and plus $5 for an individual.

On 02/22/2023, the situation is identical.


What should I do? And how i can ask for refund? Thanks
