My guess would be you are using older equipment such as an iPhone 6 that cannot update to an iOS version now required by those apps. Typically that's iOS 13 at least but some may require 14. If it is a matter of updating, you can try to update, but if you cannot then your only alternatives are to either live without the apps or to buy newer equipment.
