Visual voicemail not working

VoiceMail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription all are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.
Please contact your Carrier to know about the features they offer.
My visual voicemail is not working since switching to MINT. I have an iPhone 11 running on iOS 16.3. I can retrieve calls by pressing one, but no new voicemails show up in my visual voicemail, only old ATT visual voicemails show up. I’ve contacted MINT several times but they have been able to resolve the issue. Tried resetting network, removing sim, resetting password, turning airplane mode on/off, etc. Has this happened to any other iPhone users out there? Thought you might be able to help since my carrier clearly can’t.
