Who can I talk to , to verify a Apple Pay charge I got?

Apple Pay is a payment conduit that uses your iPhone to make payments. Any payments there would necessarily need to be started by you, and would have the store or merchant name in your statement identifying what it was for. You can contact your payment method issuer or bank for more information about charges on tour payment methods from them.


If you are seeing apple.com/bill on your statement, that is a charge from the Apple digital stores such as iTunes. App, and iBooks stores, it has nothing to do with Apple Pay. You can identify any charges from there by following the steps in the support document linked below. click here ➜ If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
