Why is download to wallet not working?

using Safari and it says can’t download

using mail says the same

basic functionality fail alert

Thanks for trying to help. I’ve used my Wallet loads for plane boarding passes and my debit cards. I know how you’re supposed to be able to use the add to apple wallet button to add to Apple wallet. My current issue is it fails to carry out the command.

Two things are new since I last did this:

it’s a pass I’ve never added before - but it shows the add to apple wallet button on it
I recently switched from Sky broadband to Virgin Media
I’ve updated my IOS to the latest version

Thanks for your help. No the QR code is for the annual pass. There is a tap to add to wallet button on the screen I photographed in the message above. It’s obscured by the pop up telling me it failed to download.

This is the only one that is giving me trouble but I’d of thought as it has a button to add it to the Apple Wallet I may encounter others similar issues when I next come to add something to my wallet.

it’s not a one off day ticket I’ve purchased it’s an annual pass linked to my photo in my profile on the Aspinal website.

Regarding the QR code you're seeing, when scanned does it lead to the option?:

"Tap Add to Apple Wallet.

"

Additionally, there's no information on the vendors website that states passes or tickets can be added to Apple Wallet. Howletts Wild Animal Park - Book Your Tickets , nor on the FAQ page here: Frequently Asked Questions. Is this the only vendor you're having an issue with?

If this is the only service that is having the issue, you may want to contact the vendor directly to see if the option is supported.
