iPhone's hotspot no route

So when I'm trying to use my phone's hotspot on my mac, it connects to the wi-fi created by phone, but then it takes about a minute to gain the actual internet access so i can open websites etc

any idea what causes this problem?

The current stable release of iOS including bug fixes, security updates is iOS 16.3.1 — I would start there.

I'm already on iOS 16.3.1 and macOS 13.2.1 (22D68).

but this problem still exists.

Never had your issue, nor can I replicate your issue...
