Clock randomly appears on iPhone screen

So I keep getting this clock that randomly appears on my screen. It happens constantly. I’m unable to use my phone for much of anything. this happened in the past and someone suggested that it was an app recently installed so last time I deleted a bunch of apps. And I had also recently set up the sleep schedule in the health app. So I also urned that off. After restarting my phone the problem went away. The problem is back months later, but none of the past remedies have helped.

It happens constantly. I’m unable to use my phone for much of anything.

If your iPhone is not fully updated, take a moment to update your iPhone. Updating software can help to clear up unexpected behavior. To do so, tap Settings > General > Software Update: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


To further isolate the behavior, check if a profile is installed on your iPhone. Here's how to check and remove a profile: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support


Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
Configuration profiles define settings for using iPhone with corporate or school networks or accounts. You might be asked to install a configuration profile that was sent to you in an email, or one that’s downloaded from a webpage. You’re asked for permission to install the profile and, when you open the file, information about what it contains is displayed. You can see the profiles you have installed in Settings  > General > VPN & Device Management. If you delete a profile, all of the settings, apps, and data associated with the profile are also deleted.
