Apple TV 4K not turning on Vizio M55Q6M-K01, does turn it off

Does anyone have any experience with Vizio M55Q6M-K01 and Apple TV 4K? I am running tvOS 16.3.2.

Apple TV 4K will turn off all systems (only it and TV) but it will not turn TV back on. CEC is enabled on Vizio and software is up to date.

Vizio shows Apple TV application: MTKC-13.1.0.72, Firmware 1.520.24.2-2.

Apple TV 4K did work properly with 8yr old Sony Bravia
