iphone 12 connectivity of certain apps

My iphone 12, whether connected via wifi or data is unable to receive or transmit messages. While using wifi, the wifi icon does not appear on the upper right side of the screen but gets notifications of incoming messages on Viber and FB Messenger, however, when I check these apps, the messages cannot be found. Checking the messages on my laptop shows the messages. Furthermore, I am able to see incoming feeds from IG and Tweeter and email. So the question is, how may I get feeds and send posts on the other apps?
