Tired of Messages freezing

Repost on one of the other thousand posts asking the same question and getting the same 7 suggestions from Apple that do not solve the issue.

Messages freezes on Mac OS Monterey

Running on a MacBook Pro, using MacOS Monterey, my messages app freezes periodically. Then you can't select any message nor scroll up or down in messages list. All other apps working fine.

The only viable to solution to this accepted bug by Apple is to force-quit Messages and restart the ap.

On the other posts, I see where hundreds have the same problem. Apple, are you telling us just to live with your unwillingness to fix your problem?
