Hi I want to create an Apple ID for my child’s birthday on 25th December 2020. But in my Apple family I can’t add her because I’m not the organizer. Organizer in my Apple family is my brother who lives in Canada but it’s not possible. Though he tried to do it several times as the directions provided in the web, once he entered his debit card details, there was an error occurred.. please help to create my child’s own Apple Id
I am not following that 100% but the main issue is likely one of various people being in different countries. Family Sharing has to be done between members with their IDs set to the same country. You may also find it hard to use a payment method from in one country as payment for an ID set to a different country.
Anyway, if your brother is the Organizer then the brother has to set up the child account. I am surprised he had to enter a debit card because when you set up Family Sharing you have to have a valid payment method so he shouldn't have to enter a debit card, there should already be on present. You can't remove it until you enter another valid method.
If you reside in another country you should leave your brother's family group and start your own Family Sharing group which will then let you add the child as described here --> Create an Apple ID for your child - Apple Support
