I sent a group text, but it went out as a blind (BCC) text. I can’t figure out why, or how to make it go back to a normal group text. Any ideas? I checked my settings for Messages and didn’t see a setting for group texts. This is an iPhone 14 with iOS 16.2. Of note, some group texts seem to be working fine.

I didn't think so either, but that's what happened i.e. each person on the text thread received a text that appeared to be only from me instead of including the entire thread. When a person on the thread replied, it came only to me as an individual text from them. I chatted with Apple Support about this. They advised me to do a hard reset. That fixed the problem. FYI, I was wrong about my iOS version. I have 16.3.1

There is no BCC for sending our group text MMS doesn't work like emails
