Greetings Annerspanner00,

To start, make sure that you've deleted the apps, rather than removed them.

  • "Remove an app from the Home Screen: Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, then tap Remove from Home Screen to keep it in App Library, or tap Delete App to delete it from iPhone.
  • Delete an app from App Library and Home Screen: Touch and hold the app in App Library, tap Delete App, then tap Delete" Remove apps from iPhone

If you visit the link, you'll see a list of Apple apps that are able to be removed. We hope this helps!

Best wishes.

Hi Annerspanner00,

Do you use any of the deleted apps with iCloud on other devices? If not, was there data in the apps prior to deleting them? As deleting built-in apps works a bit differently, you can find steps to reinstall the apps and check for synced data with the steps here: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch

You can also check which services and apps you have synced with iCloud here: Change your iCloud settings

The article here also has steps to help check recommendations if you need to clear storage from your iPhone: How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

Cheers.
