My iPhone 13 will speak out random words while I’m composing a text. Need help shutting it off. Any reply’s I’m seen on this platform pertain to earlier iPhone models & not the 13. I do not have an iPhone 13 Plus.

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Spoken Content>Typing Feedback and turn off everything.
Note that which model phone you have is not the determining factor on what instructions will work in may, if not most situations. What matters is the version of iOS you're running.
