Can anyone tell me what to do to get around this very annoying error message that I get when trying to update my payment details, PLEASE? I have checked many times and I have entered all info correctly but still the error message persists and I can't submit my payment details. Thank you.

it may just be coincidence but when I changed my address from 2/ 22 to Unit 2 at 22 it suddenly all worked so maybe check for any comma's , fullstops , brackets , slashes .

I found a work around - on my Macbook, app store, account settings. Only THERE I could add a new payment and card to replace the expired one, and delete the old one.
So frustrating Apple people.......!

I can’t change my card either. I can’t add a new card. I can’t change the details of the card. I have completed the entire form and I get the same message. Tried iPhone and signing in on Mac. Apple support is no help.
