Connect thunderbolt display to Asus laptop with thunderbolt 4

Hi There,

is there any way to connect my Asus UX425E with thunderbolt 4 port, to my Apple Thunderbolt 2 display (2015/16) ? I have used apples thunderbolt 2 to 3 adapter but it does not seem to work,
