I tried several times to update my card on the payment and shipping section but there is no response.

The payment and shipping section is not working .Is asking me again and again to login but with no result .After all I cannot manage my card which has expired.Not edit ..nothing at all .no options

Wondering if you are signed in (to your device) with your Apple ID:

How to: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support


See if you can edit the details after you are signed in.

You may want to try online to edit your payment methods in your account:

Here's the link to Apple ID log-in:

https://appleid.apple.com

or

If your credit / debit card details have changed:

You may need to add the new payment method, before you can delete the old one.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.
