Bluetooth and WIFI issue

I am having issues with both my WiFi and Bluetooth. My Wifi icon is grayed out and with a dash across (see images). My bluetooth is blue when you swipe up however when I go into the settings menu it just continues to load and does not work.

I have tried resetting my phone and my network settings.

iPhone 12 Pro WiFi and Bluetooth greyed out both my WiFi and Bluetooth are not working I can turn them both on from my control center but my Bluetooth with just load and then turn off and when I turn the WiFi on and go out of the control center and back into it it’s automatically off, when I go too my settings Bluetooth just loads and doesn’t do anything and the WiFi won’t even turn on. I’ve reset network settings, reset all settings, hard restarted my phone, there’s no content restrictions. What do I do? It started when I updated too the newest iOS 17.5.1

iPhone 12 pro wifi and bluetooth greyed out After installing the latest update(16.4), wifi and bluetooth have been greyed out. I have tried resetting the network settings and hard resetting the whole phone but nothing. I can turn them on from control center, but it just loads for a few seconds and then goes back to grey. From settings I can't even turn wifi. Bluetooth I can, but it still acts the same as from control center meaning the indicator stays blue for few seconds and then turn's back to grey. I'm getting really desperate, please help.
