How do I block ads appearing in Wordscapes app?

How do I block ads appearing on my Wordscapes app? When I play on my iPad, I’ve already paid to block ads. But now I’m attempting to play on my iPhone and the ads are overrunning

That is controlled solely by the developer, not Apple. You need to contact the developer.
