Keyboard and banner changed to black
My iPad keyboard and banner on safari is suddenly changed to black. How do I get to change back? I have rebooted and nothing changed.

From what you've described your device may be using Dark Mode. You can review your current settings here: Use Dark Mode on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
"Turn on Dark Mode in Settings or Control Center
- Go to Settings, then tap Display & Brightness.
- Select Dark to turn on Dark Mode.
To turn Dark Mode on and off in Control Center:
- Go to Settings, then tap Control Center.
- Tap the Add button next to Dark Mode to add it to Control Center."
