Ipods are media players made by Apple.

They won't connect to a computer through Bluetooth.

Did you mean AirPods?

Hello MVBA,

If iTunes is not recognizing your iPods when you connect them, here's some steps you can start with:

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad

If your computer has any sort of security/antivirus or VPN software on it, try disabling that temporarily to see if the iPods will connect then.

You also mentioned an iPhone, something else to check is if iTunes connects with that. This will help to isolate where the issue is coming from. You may also want to share what type of iPods you're using in your post. (iPod Touch's, iPod Nano's, etc.)

The related article that you came from is regarding AirPods, so we also wanted to provide some steps for that with your ThinkPad.

How to turn Bluetooth on or off in Windows 11/10/8.1/7 – ThinkPad

It also includes some great steps under the Description for what to do when you can't connect Bluetooth devices to your ThinkPad, along with others under "Related Articles".

If these steps don't help, let us know which was more useful to your situation. The more information we have about the device we're troubleshooting, the more effective our steps can be.

Cheers!
