Hi ! My old iPhone se is stuck on 1 minute left in transferring data to ‘new’ iPhone XR - should I cancel transfer and start again? I have put sim in new phone, and everything seems to be on it ok so if I just turn off old phone will I lose stuff… help please! I’m rubbish at technology and it throws me into major panic! I did back it all up (I hope) before I started but I don’t really understand the cloud stuff! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Do you have a computer? If so backup the SE into it (instead of iCloud) and restore that backup into the XR.

Thanks for replying… no, I have an iPad but wouldn’t know how to begin to do that! I’m such a technophobe - I was doing the quick transfer phone to phone, not downloading it from the cloud… would that work differently? And if I cancel now does it put everything back on my old phone again???
