I sent my sister my recovery key and now that i need back into my account she doesn’t have it
So how do i get back into my account without a recovery key?

You probably will not be able to. When using a recovery key, it is imperative to keep that key somewhere ou can get it if or when needed. Without it, you may lose access to your AppleID.
Apple cannot help you recover an AppleID that is setup using a recovery key.
