Troubleshooting a Scam Sale:
I. "Cleaning your iPhone":
If your bank said to "clean your iPhone", maybe they meant to wipe it clean as in setting it to factory settings? Perform as instructed here, including the iCloud logout: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
II. Secure your Info:
If concerned for device access, then (A)don't stare your login info, (B.) verify your devices, and (C)secure your account:
A. Verify your Devices:
Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
then...
B. Modify your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

If you were "scammed" while on Safari, try deleting your history and cookies. There is no need to "clean" your phone, the most you can get is malware and clearing cookies resolves that. If you have a different browser than Safari clear the cookies and history there.
There’s nothing you need to do, other than clear history and website data (Settings/Safari) as suggested by elcpu.
Thank you all for your help…
I phoned Apple Support…
they took me through the steps so I kinda have a new phone again…
absolutely marvellous…both Jai & a guy were very patient going through each step…Lesson learnt as it was my fault!!!
again Thanks & to you all have a wonderful day!!!
Clean your phone how? And how have you been scammed? It is not possible to hack an iPhone without having physical possession of it.
I purchased online from a fake site (my fault I know) & the bank said to get my phone cleaned…
Thanks I’ll do that
You are welcome.
