How do I clean my iPhone after suffering fraud?

You can Factory reset your phone by following the steps here:

Whether that is necessary or even if you should restore from a backup will depend on what happened to your device. We do see many users who receive a scam email saying that there device has been hacked and being remotely accessed, but these are just scams and nothing needs to be done, other than delete that email.


At other times you may need to change your Apple ID Password, but again, we don't know what the issue is.
