Deliver Quietly
I can’t get the deliver quietly to turn off for my messages. When I’m in the notification center and swipe, there’s no manage option. I have all the badges/banners/sounds turned on in the settings for messages.

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
