Safari experimental features
If the experimental features in safari are indeed only experimental and they can be shut off, then why when we shut them off is Safari rendered useless?

Because some of the things to experiment with include turning off certain features. If you’ve been messing with those settings without understanding what they are for scroll to the bottom and tap Reset All to Defaults.
